Squash Salsa

Ingredients:

1 yellow squash (peeled)
1 zucchini (peeled)
1 Carrot (peeled)
3 Serrano chiles
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 Clove garlic
1/2 red onion
1 tablespoon marjoram
4 tsp olive oil
2 Tomatillos
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tomato
1 Salt

Directions:

Finely dice all, mix and let sit for an hour before serving.
