Ingredients & Preparation:
1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Seeds (Cleaned & Rinsed)
2 Teaspoon Melted Butter
Salt
Directions:
Saturate pumpkin seeds with the melted butter in a medium bowl and salt to desired flavoring. You can also add other seasonings you like such as black pepper, cajun seasonings or garlic salt--This part is up to you. When your seeds are fully seasoned, spread them on a baking sheet so they are one layer thick. Bake in preheated 300 degree F oven until golden brown (about 45 minutes), re-arranging occasionally so all seeds are evenly roasted.
