Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Cup Dry Sherry
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Ketchup
4 Pork Chops
1 Bay Leaf
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper to desired flavoring. Cover pork chops in flour and set aside. Heat oil in a large pan and brown the meat lightly until evenly brown around the entire outside edges. Remove excess oil and fat. Combine the paprika, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, sherry, ketchup and bay leaf in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over meat in pan and cover. Allow to simmer over low heat until chops are tender and temperature has reached at least 160 degrees F (about 1 hour).
