Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cup Crushed Vanilla Wafers
1 Cup Toasted & Ground Almonds
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon6 Ounce Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1/3 Cup Coffee Liqueur (or Apple Juice if you prefer)
1/4 Cup Powdered Sifted Sugar
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. Blend in chocolate, pumpkin, and coffee liqueur (or apple juice). Form into 1-inch thick balls and chill. Sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar and serve.
